*COVID-19 Update**

Firstly thank you for your continued support..

Here at Suffolk Motorhome Rentals, we have had lots of questions raised regarding travel during the Corona Virus Pandemic. Now that we are starting to settle into our ‘new normal’ we thought we could address these further.

The two main advantages of motorhome travel are the freedom and privacy it provides. This means motorhome travel can fit well within the guidelines of social distancing. There is no risk from  public transport, hotels or crowds.  A motorhome adventure  can be as flexible as you are, meaning that you don't necessarily need to make prior plans. The campsites and boarders are now  opening  up and we are busy as ever . Whilst it possible to book sites, ferries and tunnels. We recommend that you always check government guidelines before you travel. Remember you don't always need to stay at a designated campsite especially in Europe (although we do recommend this if you are new to motorhome travel). Our vehicles are designed  to go 'off grid' for  extended periods of time, especially through the summer months.

As a business, we have adjusted our protocols to make the safety of our staff and customers our priority. We arrange a professional steam clean of our motorhomes between bookings and are providing hand wash or hand sanitizer in our motorhomes. We have also adapted the Handover process, to ensure that we comply with the social distancing rules, whilst ensuring  you have all the information that you need to feel confident before setting off on your travels. As well as our Handover, we also provide short ‘How to’ videos to take with you, in case you forget anything.

A motorhome trip can give you something to look forward to, when many of us have had plans cancelled due to social distancing restrictions. It can be easy to feel trapped during this time. Avoid this by changing your scenery. Booking a motorhome trip, will give you something to look forward to, a light at the end of the tunnel!

With our booking calendar bursting at the seams this summer, we have now added  some additional vehicles to our fleet. If you can't find  what you're looking for, please drop us a line. We have also opened our 2021 calendar – book in advance and you can count down the days until you are behind the wheel exploring!

Hopefully, this answers some questions that you may have regarding Motorhome travel, but if you have any other questions we can help with, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Thank you
